Appendices

Well, I feel quite guilty for leaving this place so unattended lately; summer life is wrapping itself up in anticipation of another semester of college. I’ve been thrown into one of those positions at work that have you running back and forth between two jobs, and will be training a new guy in a week so he can do my job while I’m upstairs in class.

I’m also going to have my wisdom teeth extracted today, and will be flying high on iv sedation for the day (coincidentally, not a bad way to spend it), and will also be spending what remains of my savings after the ravages of a rock star lifestyle on a sweet laptop sometime today. In my simple opinion, the best decisions are the ones that seem uncertain until they come to fruition.

I’ll start posting here with more frequency soon – blogs are an excellent form of catharsis and I’ve been in need of one lately.

Paint the world

“Art is the most intense form of individualism that the world has ever known.”

The speed of change is three hundred million meters per second.

The ripples in the water reflecting sunlight, painting murals with the waves. The ripples in the waves, reflecting change, causing open eyes and flowing hair. Like the changing tides it swells through bliss and despair, and still the wind takes your hair, touches your skin, breathes life into welcoming lips. Tell me that life is not more than this, and I will be happy living to kiss the breeze.
